Q.  If my court is not approved, can I still take the course?
A.  Although TicketRelief.com does not a have a formal agreement with your court you can still take the TicketRelief.com course only if you get special permission from the judge or court clerk. It is your responsibility to make sure you can take the course. We will not be able to issue a refund on any course once you have completed the final exam.

Q.  I am not sure of my reason for taking this course. How can I tell?
A.  Most people take the course because they got a ticket and don’t want the court to report that ticket to the DMV. Completing this course will also prevent a point from showing on your driving record.

Q.  How do I know if I'm eligible for traffic school?
A.  Generally, you can attend traffic school for the purpose of removing a citation from your record once every 18 months. Even if it hasn’t been 18 months since your last citation, you can still request special permission from the judge to take traffic school. It is your responsibility to make sure you are eligible before completing the program.

Q.  What if I don't know my Court Docket, Ticket, Case, or Citation numbers as required on your registration form?
A.  You can make up numbers to fill in the registration form for now. Later, you can call an administration to change the information (TicketRelief.com 1-800-485-3040). These numbers will be printed on your completion certificate or sent to your court electronically. It is your responsibility to make sure this information is correct before your certificate is printed. Not doing so may cause your certificate to be delayed, lost, or your court will receive incorrect information.

If your court paperwork lists more than one number (for example, court docket and citation number), you can use either one in your registration.

Q.  I chose the wrong court for taking traffic school when I registered. How can I change it?
A.  If you have not already completed the final exam, you need to call TicketRelief.com at 1-800-485-3040 and talk to an administrator to change your court. You will have to restart the course from the beginning.

If you have already completed the final exam, due to security reasons, we will not be able to make these changes to your account. You will have to register, pay and retake the course for the appropriate court or reason.

It is very important that you enter the correct information during registration.

Q.  What is the process of taking ID verification questions?
A.  You will be asked a series of basic questions related to your past/present credit and residential information. A.  If one or more ID questions have been answered incorrectly, your final exam will need to be done in front of a Notary Public. After you have taken the final exam and a Notary Public has verified your ID you will need to fax your final exam back to us. We will then grade the exam, process your certificate, and then email you a confirmation that your certificate has been shipped along with your certificate tracking number.

A.  If at anytime any ID question have been answered incorrectly per the authentication service, you will need to print your final exam and take it to a Notary Public. Back to top

Q.  Can I start the ID questions over if I get them wrong?
A.  We can not offer you another chance on the ID verification questions. It is a court requirement that ANYTIME a student fails the ID verification, they are required to print the final exam and take the exam in the presence of a notary. We can lose our license if we don't comply with the court’s standards of this process.

TicketRelief.com does not have access to any of the questions asked nor the answers to the questions.

Please note:  If you have a lock / freeze on file with the credit agencies you will need to have it temporarily removed so they can ask ID questions. If you do not have a credit history or under the age of 18 years old you will need to print your final exam and take it to a Notary Public.
