Processing Time

All certificates a processed daily except for the Holidays and Weekends.

Processing Deadline

Certificates are processed the next day after completion of the course.

Duplicate Certificates

Duplicate Certificates may be obtained for a $15.00 fee.

Certificates

Certificates for the following counties are sent directly to the court for free.

Counties: Amador, Butte, Contra Costa, Del Norte, Glenn, Imperial, Lassen, Mariposa, Mendocino, Modoc, Napa, Plumas, Riverside, San Francisco, Santa Cruz, Sierra, Siskiyou, Solano, Stanislaus, Tulare, and Tuolumne.

Shipping Options

Various shipping types are currently offered by Ticket Relief to suit your needs.

Shipping Re-Directs

If the customer provides an incorrect shipping address or requests a re-direct service not authorized by TicketRelief.com, a $20.00 fee will be charged to his/her credit card.

P.O. Box Deliveries

If the carrier selected by the customer does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, an alternative carrier will be chosen.

International Shipping

All international certificate shipments require a $30.00 fee.

Cancellation of Certificate

A customer may cancel their certificate after he/she has completed traffic school. The cancellation fee of $25.00 payed in money order will be applied. TicketRelief will notify the court that the customer chose to cancel his/her certificate.

Information regarding all Coordinated Court Services Courts

Coordinated Court Services Courts: For all Certificates for tickets received in Butte, Napa, Riverside, Santa Cruz, Lassen, Stanislaus, or Tuolumne counties, you are required to take a final exam administered by a third party agency (Net Integrated Systems, Inc.). The Third Party Testing Company named NIS can be reached at 888-647-EXAM (3926) for certificate mailing options and all certificate related questions.
