Processing Time
All certificates a processed daily except for the Holidays and Weekends.
Processing Deadline
Certificates are processed the next day after completion of the course.
Electronic Certificates
Electronic Certificates are sent directly to the court for free. Please view the our registration page to see if the region where you received the citation applies.

Shipping Re-Directs
If the customer provides an incorrect shipping address or requests a re-direct service not authorized by
TicketRelief.com, a $20.00 fee will be charged to his/her credit card.
P.O. Box Deliveries
If the carrier selected by the customer does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, an alternative carrier will be chosen.
Reprints of Certificates
All students will be required to pay a non-refundable reprint fee for any of the following reasons:
- Student error made during registration
- Student lost certificate
- Returned certificate
- The courts did not receive the certificate the student mailed
- Copy needed for student records and/or copy for insurance purposes
- Tracking information shows "Delivered"
Note: If a student has received a certificate from TicketRelief.com and later needs a corrected certificate to be issued, the student is required to first return the original certificate.
Reprinted certificates are shipped out once a day Monday-Friday excluding holidays. The certificates are shipped out via 1st Class Mail (USPS) with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days. Expedite reprinted certificates are shipped out via Federal Express with an estimated delivery time of 1-2 business days

To obtain a reprint, please submit a request here (Click here). A Ticket Relief representative will then contact you to verify your information along with payment information. No refund will be issued for any reprints.
Lost Certificates
Ticket Relief will send students the tracking information of their certificate by email. Students may track their certificate by clicking on the tracking information provided by the email. This tracking information will allow a student to see if the certificate has been delivered or is still being processed.
If a student receives delivery confirmation without such delivery being made, the student will need to notify The United States Postal Service at 1-800-222-1811 M-F - 7:30am - 10:30pm ET / Sat/Sun/Holiday - 9:00am - 8:00pm ET. This includes all deliveries made via 1st Class Mail and Priority Mail. All Expedite Mail deliveries will need to contact FedEx at 1-800-Go-FedEx.
If a student requires a reprint and their previous shipped certificate tracking information shows "Delivered", the student will be required to pay the appropriate non-refundable reprint fee listed above.
Cancellation of Certificate
A customer may cancel their certificate after he/she has completed traffic school. The cancellation fee of $25.00
payed in money order will be applied. TicketRelief will notify the court that the customer chose to cancel his/her
certificate.

The right to mail the certificates using any authorized shipping company including in-house runners, UPS, FedX,
USPS, DHL Express.
